WTS Paradigm was a remodel of existing office space into a new floor plan.  The original system was 11 rooftop units with electric reheat.  The redesign changed the system to four variable volume RTUs with variable air volume boxes using hot water reheat supplied by two 500 MBH boilers.  This resulted in considerable energy savings while retaining zoning flexibility.  All of the work was done on a compressed schedule.
