The Galaxie is the newest addition to the revitalizing East Washington corridor.  The 15 story, $90 million mixed-use building is served by a water-sourced heat pump system.  It features 75,000 square feet of commercial and office space.  The building includes a new grocery store with its own specialized HVAC system.
